SATURDAY, September 11
- 7:30 AM Registration | 8:30 AM Morning Walk-thru
(Classic and Youth on low impact course. Colt and Level divisions on the high impart course. Walk thru's will not occur at the same time.)
- 8:30 AM Race Begins
- Afternoon walk-through: no earlier than 10:00 AM
(Novice and Schooling)
· Low-Impact Course Order: Classic, Buckaroo, Youth, Novice
· High-Impact Course: Colt, Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3- all run together by random draw
· Schooling Class, designed for horses and/or riders to gain experience in a non-competitive environment.
INFORMATION FOR THE UHCA EVENT AT THE OCHS RANCH
September 11, 2022
• Primitive camp parking. Bring generator. No hookups are available.
• Concessions and Stall income will be forwarded to the Liberty 4-H Club.
• Stalls and Concessions. Please provide us with a “count” prior to the event by contacting Jim Ochs 620-343-5234 for arrangements & information
o Stalls
▪ Stalls will be $15.00 per pen. Please disregard any previous information posted. Contact Jim at(620-343-5234) to reserve stalls. We are attempting to borrow enough portable panels to construct pens for those arriving Friday.
o Concessions
▪ To make your trip even more affordably convenient we are providing the weekend COWBOY MEAL DEAL. For just one payment of $10.00 per person (Buckaroos eat free) you are purchasing All You Can Eat Biscuits and Sausage Gravy breakfast (Saturday morning) and All You Can Eat Pizza (lunch break on Saturday). Both meals will be served at the Fire Station located ½ block South of the event location. Rain or heat you will be comfortable there. We plan to provide shuttle wagon if needed.

▪ Hiway 75 to New Strawn, Kansas. Just a short distance South of Casey’s at 16th Rd turn right. Bear left at the “Y” on to Embankment Rd. Follow embankment road across John Redmond reservoir until you come to the Stop sign located at the junction of Iris & 12th road.
▪ West on 12th road 4 miles to Emmer Rd.
▪ South on Emmer Rd approximately 6.5 or 7 miles to our location on your right. Enter through white colored pipe gate
o From the South.
▪ Hiway 75 to Hiway 58.
▪ West on Highway 58 to Gridley
▪ Follow hiway 58 thru main street of Gridley until you see the Car Wash on your left. At that time,you continue North on Emmer Rd. Just past the Fire Station on your left is our location. Enter to the left through the white colored pipe gate

SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES
- We are REQUIRING that exhibitors pre-register online for these two events (register for each event separately). You can still pay when you get there and you will still need to sign a release form when checking in. . If you don’t have online access, you can text your registration info to 913-837-6034 by Thursday, September 9.
- We are requesting that you renew your membership or join online prior to attending the race.
- Exhibitors will take their payment and signed release form to the registration table to check in. When waiting in line, observe social distancing guidelines. Please do not congregate near the registration table or concession area. Only one person per family should come to the registration table to pay/check-in.
- Please observe social distancing guidelines of 6 feet as much as possible and be mindful of respecting others’ space. Spectators beyond immediate family of exhibitors at these two events are discouraged. If you are ill or have been recently ill, please DO NOT attend these events and put others at risk. Exhibitors and spectators/family members attend at their own risk.
- Wearing of a mask is welcome, but not required. Please wash your hands frequently and refrain from shaking hands or hugging other individuals. Hand sanitizer will be available in areas around the concessions and registration table.
- Exhibitors that are planning to camp overnight should also plan to observe the 6-foot distancing guidelines during non-event times and be mindful of respecting others’ space. Organizing potlucks between campers is discouraged.

Follow the hiway thru main street of Gridley until you see the Car Wash on your left. At that time continue North on Emmer Rd. Shortly past the Fire Station on your left is our location. Watch for the sign to unload. At or near the RC Trucking place of business
